What we collect
When you claim a listing or create an account, we collect your name, email, and phone number. When someone contacts a notary through a lead form, we collect their name, email, phone, and message — and forward it to the notary.
What we don't do
We don't sell your personal information. We don't share your email with third parties except to deliver leads you requested.
Public vs. private
Your business name, city, state, phone, and services are public on your listing. Your email is private — it's used only for claim verification and lead delivery. Your street address is hidden unless you explicitly enable it.
Cookies
We use a single httpOnly session cookie for login. No tracking cookies, no analytics on customer sites, no third-party pixels.
