Listings are sourced from state and public commission records and de-duplicated. Claimed listings additionally confirm control of the listing email or pass manual review. Expired or retired commissions are removed.
Claimed
A notary has taken ownership of this listing. Claims are auto-approved only when the account email matches the listing record; all other claims are reviewed by a human before profile edits unlock.
Certified
The notary completed additional verified training through our course platform and passed the final assessment. Certification is per-course, and certificates are individually verifiable.
Pro Member
